Eligibility for Exchange:
- Items can be exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, with no damage, and with all tags or original packaging.
- Certain items, including electronics or personalized products are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process:
- To start an exchange, please contact us at +961 9 223 265, with your order number and details of the item you'd like to exchange.
- We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the exchange, including how to return the original item.
Shipping for Exchanges:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- You may choose to return an item in person at our store location, avoiding extra shipping fees. Please contact us before visiting to confirm eligibility or availability and arrange the return.
Exchange Item Shipment:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item.
Exchanges and Refunds:
- Note, we do not offer refunds, only exchanges. If you do not find a suitable item to exchange with, we will provide you with a credit voucher for the equivalent amount, which can be used in future purchases.
Final Sale Items:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for exchange.
